  • Boardroom Table: to seat up to 8 people with executive-style chairs.
  • Livingroom-style Seating Area: Cozy space for 4.
  • Open Space: To configure with up to 6 six-foot tables, 24 folding chairs, and/or 4 high top tables.
  • Capacity: Ideal for events up to 50 people, reception-style.

  • Small Kitchen: Equipped with a microwave, full fridge, and sink.

Ideal for extended meetings and small workshops. Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus:

  • Access to 6 additional rectangular tables
  • Access to 24 folding chairs
  • Access to 4 additional "high-top" round tables
  • Wipeable tablecloths for all tables
  • 30 minutes for setup and decor, tear-down

Best for full-day events, seminars, and larger gatherings. Includes all that items in previous packages, plus:

  • 60 minutes for setup and decor, tear-down
  • Access the previous day for setup (subject to availability)
  • Premium spandex tablecloths (best suited for buffet setups)
  • Access to small sound system with cordless microphone
