Join a small cohort of like-minded women for peer support, fresh ideas, and accountability.

This Mastermind program is designed for a small group of women who have an existing business, and are steadfast on their mission to reach their business goals during the first half of 2025.

What is a Mastermind?

A mastermind group in business is a peer-to-peer mentoring concept where members support and learn from each other. It provides a structured environment for sharing ideas, solving problems, and offering mutual accountability to achieve goals.

Why a Business Sisters Mastermind?

• Peer Support: Imagine having a circle of like-minded women who understand your journey—the highs, the lows, and the curveballs. Our Mastermind framework provides that invaluable support system.

• Sounding Boards: Need fresh perspectives? With a Mastermind, Business Sisters become your sounding boards. Bounce ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and gain clarity.

• Ideas Galore: Inspiration flows freely when brilliant minds come together. Tap into collective wisdom, innovative strategies, and creative solutions.

• Accountability: Let’s face it—sometimes we need that gentle nudge or friendly push. Our Mastermind program provides a framework of accountability to keep you on track.

What to Expect:

• First Session: You’ll get to know your peers in the group as each discusses where we want to be in six months’ time. You’ll also learn strategies to break down goals into manageable chunks, focusing on achievable milestones. At the end of the session you’ll walk away with a clearer path, ready to move forward.

• Follow-up Sessions: Each month, we reconvene to share results, celebrate wins, and reset on setbacks. There will be time to learn from one another, as you work through individual and group exercises.

• Online Office Hours: Once per month, you’ll have access to an optional “virtual office hour” for any questions or obstacles you need help with.

• Private Community: Beyond sessions you'll be able to connect with other, ask questions, and celebrate each other’s victories in the private WhatsApp Group.

• Easy-to-Follow Templates: Capture the ah-ha moments and lessons, and keep yourself organized and motivated with the program templates.

The Dates:

The first session is Wednesday, January 22. Subsequent sessions will happen as follows:

• Wednesday, February 19
• Wednesday, March 19
• Wednesday, April 16
• Wednesday, May 14
• Wednesday, June 11

All sessions take place on a Wednesday, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm (90 minutes). They are designed to happen in person, but if you cannot make it, you can access the session and interact on Zoom. As long as you have an internet connection, you can be there!

Online Office hours will take place on Thursdays, from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm, as follows:

• Thursday, April 3
• Thursday, May 1
• Thursday, May 29
• Thursday, June 26

NOTE: to protect everyone's privacy, none of the sessions will be recorded. This is a commitment to yourself and your peers to get more out of 2025.

Your Investment

Your investment is $99 per month, times 6 months, paid by credit card: a total of $594. When you choose to pay all 6 months ($594), you save by getting a complimentary Mastermind Journal and a complimentary pass to the March 22 Wellness Day at The Willow House– that's a value of $129.
