Business Planning Retreat 2024

As a business owner, carving out time to clear your thoughts and focus on your business is not easy. We’re organizing this workshop to help you do just that.

You will participate in a step-by-step process to zero in on what you want out of your business in 2024:

• You’ll get to look back on the past year. Celebrate the wins; recall the lessons.
• Then you'll focus on how do you really want to feel with your business. What do you need to stop? Where do you need to stay the course? And what new directions do you want to explore?
• You also will map out what do you want from those around you. You always take care of everyone else's needs... But what do YOU need for support, both at home, in the business and outside the business?

With this you will create your own business plan, to set yourself up for clarity and confidence in 2024. This won't be something you take to the bank for financing. It will be far more valuable. It will be YOUR plan, to guide you through your journey.

This workshop will be led by Doreen Ashton Wagner, the Founder of Business Sisters, with an approach she has devised through her 25+ years as a business owner. All this in an intimate setting, surrounded by other women entrepreneurs who understand what it’s like to be in business.

This workshop includes your business plan template, refreshments and a vegetarian, gluten-free lunch.

We recommend you dress in layers. Bring a shawl or a blanket, your own journal or day planner, and a yoga mat (yes, we’ll do a few stretches and some meditation).

Everything takes place at the new Business Sisters Centre. The afternoon will conclude with celebratory drinks!
