Business Sisters Networking, March 19, 2024

Spring is around the corner, and we are thrilled to be kicking off the 2024 networking season at the Business Sisters Center, in Alexandria.

After a long winter, it’s a unique opportunity to come and meet women entrepreneurs from across SD&G and Prescott-Russell.

NEW FOR THIS EVENT: As many of our community members expressed the desire for a bit more structure during our networking events, we will be introducing a fun "ice-breaker" during this get-together, which you won't want to miss!

As is our custom, we go out of our way to showcase local food and drinks. Your $40 (+ HST) ticket includes a box of delicious finger foods and treats from an array of local purveyors, including The Glengarry Market. It won't be dinner, but you won't be going home hungry, we assure you! In addition, this is an alcohol-free event where you can enjoy signature mocktails, red "wine," bubbly rosé and cider. Perfect drinks to socialize and celebrate, without repercussions.

We are grateful to the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry for their partnership and financial contribution in the production of this event.

IMPORTANT:

• Please note that we like to take photos at our events, and reserve the right to use them in social media posts and on this website.
• Thank you for indicating if you have any food allergies (e.g. nuts, gluten, seafood) or dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan) on the ticket registration form. Our aim is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. At the same time, we ask for your understanding as a responsible consumer if you have any severe allergies, as cross-contamination is always a risk.
• We provide a guarantee to our caterer and therefore your ticket is non-cancellable FIVE days prior to the events. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a Business Sister, and we may be able to facilitate a transfer of tickets, with advance notice. Partial refunds or rainchecks may be provided at our discretion.‍
• This networking event is open to anyone who owns or operates a business or wishes to work with women entrepreneurs, with a special invitation to business owners from rural areas and small towns throughout eastern Ontario. Allies are always welcome.
